Burn fat with HIIT
So you’ve only got a couple more kilos to go and some bits of flabbiness around your stomach to tighten up. Do this High Intensity Interval Training session 3 times per week to torch fat:
– 2 min warmup
– 30 seconds flat out
– 45 seconds slow
Repeat this for at least 10 minutes.
HIIT is a great way to burn calories for up to 24 hours following.
It can be performed on a cross trainer, bike or treadmill.
