Our Contactless Click and Collect service is a quick and easy way to get the fitness equipment you need while keeping everyone safe. Please follow these directions to ensure a seemless process:

1. Wait to receive the "Ready for pick-up" confirmation email from us.

2. On arrival, please park your vehicle directly outside the store in one of the vacant parking bays, front to kerb.

3. Phone the store on 46471119 and advise us your Order ID and Surname.

4. Our team will bring your item(s) to your vehicle. Please have a copy of your order confirmation email or SMS available to hold up to the window of your driver side window so that our team can verify your order number.

We will be happy to load the item into your vehicle if possible or leave the item next to your vehicle and walk away if you prefer.

Our team will take a photo of your vehicle and the item as proof of collection, no signature will be required.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Saturday 10am to 4pm
